Kaitlin and Brad's Fall Inspired Backyard Shoot

I love how fall looks in photos. Except I don't love the cold. I do, however love how each of these photos of precious moments turned out and I'm so excited and proud to show them off!

Of course, as the title suggests, it was fall. The weather was crisp as well as the leaves. The leaves were different colours and the pictures looked magical because of it! Thanks autumn!

The location was extraordinary and my friends didn't even have to drive anywhere to get to it. It was their own backyard! It was large, had beautiful large trees that were changing in colour, a rustic old shed which looks magical in every image its in. It's all packed into one!

Kaitlin and Brad were phenomenal to photograph and it was effortless to capture their love.

Leanna and Mike's Windy Whitby Lakeside Walk

I am beyond happy that I got to photograph these two. Their smiles are always beaming and they're always making each other laugh. I don't even think I've seen them not smile for more than 5 seconds. They are wonderful!

We took the pictures at Whitby's Lakefront. It has some beautiful scenery and views of the CN tower! It also gave Mike a chance to show Leanna his rock skipping skills and he pretty much skipped them every time. Amazing.

Today is actually a special day in Canada. It's Victoria Day today. I only know it as an excuse to go watch fireworks show outside my house. It's a fun time. It was also a windy day but it's a dream come true for me! Windy photos are perfectly beautiful.

Please enjoy my beautiful friends photos by the lake.

Nick's Surprise Workplace Proposal To Patricia

On Saturday May the 6th, Nick proposed to his girlfriend, Patricia. It was the perfect time for him to pop the question because this was the day he started dating her! Even the roses he bought her had significant meaning. A dozen roses for every year they've been together.

Nick wanted to surprise Patricia with his proposal at her workplace. This involved some insider help. That's where his friend came in! He told Nick and myself which door to walk through, where and when to walk and where Patricia was. He was a huge help and things worked out great! He even filmed a Facebook live video of the entire proposal!

Nick was asked to walk around the room (it was big) to Patricia's desk, this gave him time to relax and prepare and prevent Patricia from noticing him too early. Finally they meet and he kneels down on one knee and asks her to marry him.

She said yes.

Elie and Nataly's Pregnancy Announcement

This was a beautiful new experience for me. A pregnancy announcement!

We took these pictures in a nearby cornfield up the street. A large open beige field.. beautiful! The sun decided to disappear of course, but cloudy skies are a natural soft box! It all worked out in the end.

I was really grateful for their open minded and bubbly personalities, it shows in the pictures :). Then there's me, frozen in shyness. I was supposed to be the one making them comfortable but they made me feel comfortable instead. LOL thank you. I also want to congratulate the both of you on your pregnancy! I have no doubt you will be loving parents.

These photos can best be enjoyed most by listening to the only song that reminds me of them (cause I listened to it about a thousand times before, during and after their wedding), and that song is Adios by Ricky Martin.
